Diversity and Inclusion
At Little Rocket, we are deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful and diverse workplace.

We welcome individuals from all walks of life, valuing diversity in culture, gender, identity and experience. We believe that true inclusion creates better work, stronger teams and lasting impact.
We are proud to be a 100% First Nations-owned and operated marketing and creative agency. Our work is grounded in strong connections to Country, Culture and Community. Our staff reflects this, representing multiple nationalities and Indigenous groups, with strong connections across the country.
“We are proud to be a 100% First Nations-owned and operated marketing and creative agency.”
Our creative work is guided by the International Indigenous Design Charter, integrating its 10 best practice protocols across all our projects. These include being Indigenous-led, self-determined, deep listeners and knowledge and benefit sharers – all with the goal of delivering impactful and culturally respectful designs and projects. Through this, our team is purpose-led and committed to creating a meaningful and positive impact in everything we do.
We are dedicated to providing equal opportunity to all potential staff of the business, including subcontractors. This is achieved through:
- Actively hiring and subcontracting females across roles and projects
- Encouraging the attendance of female centric seminars and industry events
- Maintaining a workplace that is safe, inclusive and free from sexual harassment, bullying and family violence
- Ensuring equal pay and providing access to parental leave and subsidies.
At Little Rocket, diversity and inclusion are not just policies, they are lived values that shape our culture, our work and our impact. We are proud to work with a diverse range of clients who share our commitment to reconciliation and making a positive impact in the world.
