Our impact

Country

We hold a profound respect for the land, recognising its significance and the deep connections it holds for First Nations peoples. We seek to deepen these connections by spending time and learning on Country.

Designing for impact

At the heart of our work is a deep commitment to creating meaningful and lasting impacts. We design with purpose, guided by respect, cultural integrity and a collaborative approach that centres First Nations voices. Our projects are shaped by an understanding of community priorities, ensuring our solutions are not only effective but empowering. Beyond our direct work, we actively build impact into our supply chain and partnerships, creating income and employment opportunities for First Nations people and businesses.

We believe every choice we make has the power to create meaningful impact.

As a First Nations-owned business, we’re committed to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander suppliers and integrating social responsibility into everything we do.

In the 2023-24 financial year, 20% of our turnover went to First Nations businesses.

This is a reflection of our commitment to strengthening First Nations economies and empowering the voices that make our work extraordinary.

We’re always on the lookout for passionate people.

First Nations Creative Pathway Program 2026

Are you a First Nations creative looking to get your foot in the door?

First Nations Peoples are underrepresented in the advertising and creative industries. We want to help change that. Since 2024, Little Rocket has collaborated with our industry partners to deliver Australia’s pioneering First Nations Creative Pathway Program.

This program sees young people in any creative field – like illustration, design, videography, marketing, or other – gain mentoring and commercial experience through an industry placement.

For its first iteration, Dagoman and Gurindji woman and co-founder of Coolamon Creative, Gabrielle Fry was placed at Tag agency in Sydney, where she was exposed to all aspects of agency life. In 2025, Tag again hosted, this time Larrakia artist Mikayla Lee.

Are you next?

In 2026, we’re excited to expand the program to host First Nations creatives at both Tag in Sydney and at the Little Rocket office in Melbourne!

The five-day placement at either agency is designed to provide creatives real life experience and insight into the machinations of creative roles in an agency, working on a range of projects.

Expressions of interest

Please express your interest in participating by emailing info@littlerocket.com.au with a bit about yourself, skills and experience, and your folio (if applicable).

Our supported partners

In close alignment with our commitment to sustainability and caring for Country, Sea Shepherd staunchly defends oceans and marine wildlife across the world. At Little Rocket, we’re inspired by Sea Shepherd’s active approach to affecting change. Our team enjoys participating in Sea Shepherd beach cleanup events in Victoria.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is a global team of health professionals providing medical aid to communities affected by humanitarian crises. In 2023, the Little Rocket team walked 44km across Narrm/Naarm (Melbourne) to raise money for those affected by the war in Gaza. We were so proud to reach Palestinian people in need through MSF.
