Procurement Australia – People & Culture

Procurement Australia engaged Little Rocket to develop an internal and industry facing brand for their ‘People & Culture’ division.

The brief given by the client outlined specificity around core principles of inclusion, diversity, engagement, positivity, professional and empathetic.
Through the branding process we highlight these principles and tell the story of their employees through a colourful identity, human‑centred photography, clean layouts and contemporary shapes.

‘People Matter – Living Our Values’ was the associated messaging with the logo creation. This set the tone for the narrative of the communications and married the concept with a complimenting font choice nicely.

Consistent positioning, representation and communication across the workplace was important to strengthen the brand and develop trust amongst the intended audience. A comprehensive branding style guide was developed for these reasons and has been integral to the success of developing internal communications, such as the Parental Leave Kit, Dress Code Handbook, employee forms, powerpoint slides and web banners.
