Owner, Marketing & Communications Director
John is a proud Gurindji man and has a degree in Public Relations, Politics & Philosophy. He has spent his career working across the marketing and communications industry, in advertising, sales, radio, sponsorship and engagement roles. John established Little Rocket in 2010 and has worked with a great range of government, corporate, NGO and indigenous organisations as a certified Supply Nation supplier. When he’s not working, he’s playing basketball with his son, riding his bike or trolling TikTok for cat videos.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Allie has a background in marketing and communications from New York City, her home before moving to Australia in 2016. She specialises in consumer insights, brand strategy and copywriting, and her participation in multiple market research projects around the world has refined her ability to speak to a wide range of demographics. When she’s not cooking up big marketing ideas, she’s cooking actual food for her family, dancing (often while cooking), reading books or spending time outside.
MAX VAN EGMOND
Max comes to us all the way from sunny Newcastle in NSW and has called Melbourne home since 2013. After attaining a Bachelor of Film and Television Production at Swinburne University and working in TV production, Max first joined the Little Rocket team as an Account Manager. He soon discovered his talent for more creative sides to the business and is now our Campaign Manager, working alongside the rest of the team to develop sharp content and strategic thinking for campaigns and marketing projects. When Max isn’t working, he’s bragging about his grandfather’s trumpet skills or hanging out with his friends.

Steve spent 2 years working for a web development agency in London and since he’s returned, he’s worked on multiple large and medium scale websites all with a focus on the end user. DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Paul is a designer and strategic thinker with notable brand experience. With a foundation in communication design from Swinburne he has set off on a journey to create exceptional design and communication work while building rewarding relationships along the way. It’s this combination of collaboration and experience over the last decade that has created a designer that is also an art director, copywriter, people manager, web developer, package designer, mediator and tax expert (okay maybe not that last one). Someone who is able to create, think strategically, negotiate kindly and communicate clearly.
